We offer shipping within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or other external factors.

4. Shipping Restrictions – Western Australia, South Australia & Northern Territory

Due to strict biosecurity regulations, we are unable to ship any honey or bee products into Western Australia, South Australia or The Northern Territory..

These laws are in place to protect the local bee population and agricultural industry from pests and diseases not present in WA, SA and NT. As a result, orders containing honey products with a delivery address in Western Australia, South Australia and The Northern Territory will be cancelled and refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and support in complying with these important biosecurity regulations.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product fault and to have faulty items repaired or replaced if the fault is minor.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but may offer an exchange at our discretion.
